The Importance Of Recognizing

Most people never think about what they want in life. They live without this knowledge or intention and become victims of their own condition. Work is simply work to make a living financially. Life becomes a series of issues such as deciding to live somewhere because rent is cheap, never realizing how you are in a relationship, or becoming ineffective parents. The list goes on and on.

You have to see that

There is a thirst in you for more. Is it a richer meaning, touch, or a better understanding of life? No one has ever introduced such persons to the concept of eternal possibility. “As a man thinks, so is he. An important way to manifest the life you want is to think about what you want out of life. What do you want to do with your life Good practice is to take a piece of paper and write the answers to the related questions:

What is my deepest wish
What do I want to achieve in my life?
What do I want to achieve this year?
Where do I want to be in five years?
Where do I want to be in twenty years?
What am I good at?
Check in all areas of your life:
your work
Your relationships
Your wellbeing
Your financial situation
How do you have fun (how do you spend your vacation)

Now that you've made a list of what you want to achieve in your life, it's time to prioritize it. Just take the list you made and give 1 to 5 points to each topic. 1 becomes the least decisive so that five points become the maximum.

You now have priorities in your life that will help you determine where you want your attention to be. It's a simple equation - just understand that you will want to spend most of your time with the number 1 on your list. Spend a little less time on entry # 2 on your list, etc. for numbers 3 through 5.

It is not necessary to divide the day into time slots. If you do just this exercise, you are programming your mind so that it takes time to align with your list.

Say you want to find your life partner in the next two years and that is your main goal at the top of your list. If at the end of the day you review your thought process and find that you haven't spent most of your free time trying to achieve this goal, you are out of alignment and you may never get there.

When this happens, just take note of it and correct it accordingly. Just sitting on your couch and watching TV all day won't get you where you want to be. You need to take steps to indicate your goals, for example:

Take action by enrolling in a course
Sign up for a weekend seminar on a topic that you are passionate about
Access a workshop tailored to your interest
Spend time in places where you can meet people.

If your goal is that you want to become a millionaire in 5 years and you spend only 5 minutes of your time each day trying to achieve that goal, don't be surprised if your financial situation never changes.

Here's another crucial aspect of the rally that requires consistency. Let's say you've made your priority list and everything on your list feels good so far. It is really important that you are emotionally aligned with your goals - they should feel good about you. If you simply set goals that are not helpful to you, you will find it difficult to achieve those goals.

What happens to most people's scenario is that they have a goal that they see right and then they start working on their goal. In other words, they focus their attention on achieving their goal. A couple of weeks go by and nothing happens.

Now the consternation begins and the goal, for whatever reason, seems unattainable, the motivation is in vain.

This is the time when you should feel your dismay.

Don't put it aside or ignore it, treat it as fully and consciously as possible. You may find it uncomfortable, but it will help you get closer to your goal. How is that? Of course, if you want to change your reality, you have to do something different from what you did before.

So this is where the truth check comes in. You look around and see no change. However, your thinking and behavior may already have changed. You may have set things in motion that you cannot see yet. Confusion sets in when you think things should happen sooner than you are ready. Remember: there are no unrealistic goals, just unrealistic deadlines. So feel your dismay and let it resolve on its own. Take a look at what you did and execute your strategies. If one path doesn't work, don't give up at this point, just try another. If you stick to a goal, you will achieve it.

Sometimes you can push too hard just by releasing and releasing the pressure. At this point you are wondering whether there is anything you can achieve. Go to the place in your brain that you know you can't bomb. Reading a motivational book or watching a movie is a great way to realign yourself with your powerful source.
